An incredible venture between Juliana Rancic from television, Chicago food impresario Rich Melman, and hyper talented Chef Doug Psaltis in the River North area of the Windy City. The interior is surprisingly large, and has a vibe more akin to a swanky lounge than an Italian restaurant - they even have a DJ! The food is with out any exceptions truly incredible. All of the pastas are amazing, but in particular the Cacio y pepe - a cheese salt and pepper pasta dish indigenous to Rome, is a knockout success. The roast meats are incredible, the homemade ricotta with truffle is a revelation, and the ravioli are perfect. Do yourself a favor and leave room for dessert. Trust me. Three words: rice pudding gelato.
